The apartments are in a newly-built house located in a peaceful part of the town, 250 m
from the beach. The location is very suitable for the families with small children.
There are 3 apartments: apartment A (ground floor) and B (first floor) both size 37 m2,
and studio apartment size 25 m2.

The apartments A and B have 2 bedrooms (total 4 bed per apartment), kitchen /
dining room and bathroom. Studio apartment has one room divided into kitchen, living room
and bedroom sections for 2 people. There is also a separate bathroom.

Each apartment has it's own terrace with table and chairs. In every apartment are:
Sat-TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, an iron and ironing board and safe for valuables.
Optional items are child's crib and feeding chair.

All apartments are air conditioned and have separate entrances.

It's possible to use common yard (200 m2) with children's playground and common barbecue,
as well as the swimming pool. In the yard is also a reserved parking space.
